2. Data Collected

We collect data that you voluntarily provide to us, in particular:

• During registration: representative's name, company name, email, phone, address.
• During use of the service: data entered in your management workspace (products, customers, invoices).
• When using our free public tools (invoice, quote, purchase order, delivery note, receipt, resume, QR Code, all accessible without an account): the email address you provide to receive your document. Information entered in the form (company, client, products, payment, resume or QR Code content, logo, signature) is never stored: only the final generated file and your email are kept for 30 days, to allow the download, then automatically deleted.
• The email signature generator runs entirely in your browser: none of the information entered (name, contact details, logo, social media) is sent to or stored on our servers.
• During site browsing: connection data and audience measurement data (via cookies, see section 7).

3. Purposes of Processing

This data is used to: create and manage your account, provide the subscribed service, process your payments, contact you (support, reminders, information about your subscription) and improve our platform.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the performance of the subscription contract binding you to GestoclocPro, on your consent (for marketing communications) and, where applicable, on our legal obligations.

5. Retention Period

Your data is kept for the duration of your subscription, then archived for the period necessary to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, before deletion or anonymization.

6. Recipients and Sub-processors

Your data may be shared with our technical service providers, strictly to the extent necessary for the performance of the service:

• PayTech (payment processing: Orange Money, Wave, Free Money, Wizall).
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (site audience measurement).
• Our host: Hostinger.

This data is neither sold nor rented to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Cookies and Trackers

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for audience measurement. These tools are only activated, and the corresponding cookies set, after your explicit consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage Cookies" link at the bottom of the page, or block cookies from your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

GestoclocPro implements reasonable technical and organizational measures (secure HTTPS connection, encrypted passwords) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
